Agreement

Chord Colors is a free music-theory website and iOS app provided by Serendipity Apps LLC ("Serendipity Apps", "we"). By using the website or the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

The Service

Chord Colors is provided for educational purposes. It is free to use, and offered as is. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

In-App Purchases

The app offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock all features. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. Apple handles billing and any refunds under the App Store's terms, and Apple's Standard License Agreement also applies to your use of the iOS app.

Educational Content Disclaimer

Chord Colors is provided for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as professional advice. While we work to keep the music-theory content accurate, we cannot guarantee it is complete or error free, and we disclaim liability for any errors or omissions.

Intellectual Property

The site, app, content, and branding are owned by Serendipity Apps LLC. You may use them for personal, non-commercial learning.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serendipity Apps LLC's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will not exceed $10,000.00 U.S. Dollars.

Disputes and Arbitration

Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and Serendipity Apps LLC waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. If you do not want to be bound by this arbitration provision, you must notify us by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Serendipity Apps LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or app means you accept the updated terms.
