Practicing it

The right hand changes position on C and F, where the thumb crosses under. Going up, the left hand crosses over after its thumb plays C and F. Each hand puts its thumb on C and F, so the crossings happen at the same moment in both. The black keys B, D, E, and G fall to the long fingers, with the fourth finger anchoring on B, which leaves the thumb on white keys throughout.
