Practicing it
The right thumb tucks under to play B♯ and E♯. Going up, the left hand crosses over after its thumb plays B♯ and E♯. Each hand puts its thumb on B♯ and E♯, so the crossings happen at the same moment in both. The black keys A♯, C♯, D♯, and F♯ fall to the long fingers, with the fourth finger anchoring on A♯, which leaves the thumb on white keys throughout.
