Practicing it
The right thumb tucks under to play E♯ and B. Going up, the left hand crosses over after its thumb plays E♯ and B. E♯ and B carry the thumb in both hands, which keeps the two crossings lined up. D♯, F♯, G♯, and A♯ are the black keys the long fingers take, anchored by the fourth finger on A♯, which is what keeps the thumb clear of them.
