Practicing it
The right hand changes position on F, where the thumb crosses under. G is the left hand's thumb note. Read the left hand's numbers in reverse and they spell the right hand's, which makes this scale mirror itself in contrary motion from C. The long fingers cover the black key E♭, and the hand sits forward on the keyboard to keep them there.
