About the C Scriabin scale
C Scriabin is used for impressionist and mystical concert music. Think of it as a five-note scale from the late, mystical harmony of Scriabin. It is C Major Pentatonic with the second lowered.
Its notes are C, D♭, E, G, and A. The formula is H 1½ 1½ W 1½.
Also called Major Pentatonic ♭2 and Vibhas.
In C Scriabin, the open strings sound E, A, and G. A guitarist finds the lowest C at the 3rd fret of the A string.
