About the D Scriabin scale
D Scriabin is used for impressionist and mystical concert music. Think of it as a five-note scale from the late, mystical harmony of Scriabin. It is D Major Pentatonic with the second lowered.
Its notes are D, E♭, F♯, A, and B. The formula is H 1½ 1½ W 1½.
Also called Major Pentatonic ♭2 and Vibhas.
An unfretted guitar already sounds A, D, and B from the scale. The 5th fret of the A string is the lowest D on the neck.
