Practicing it

The right hand changes position on C and F, where the thumb crosses under. The left thumb lands on C and F, and the hand crosses back over it from there. C and F carry the thumb in both hands, which keeps the two crossings lined up. G, A, B, D, and E are the black keys the long fingers take, with the fourth finger anchoring on B, which is what keeps the thumb clear of them.
