About the D sharp Scriabin scale
D sharp Scriabin is used for impressionist and mystical concert music. Think of it as a five-note scale from the late, mystical harmony of Scriabin. It is D♯ Major Pentatonic with the second lowered.
Its notes are D♯, E, G, A♯, and B♯. The formula is H 1½ 1½ W 1½.
Also called Major Pentatonic ♭2 and Vibhas.
In D♯ Scriabin, the open strings sound E and G. The lowest D♯ on a standard-tuned guitar sits at the 6th fret of the A string. Capo the first fret to play D♯ Scriabin with D-shape fingerings.
